The organizational theory, design, change, culture and structure are unlike systems of inter-related roles which support each other towards the process of achieving the organizations goals and success. These elements, through interaction, eventually evolve over time and influence each other as the entire organization grows which means that the organizational theory, design, culture, change and structure are interdependent.
